Cool new Features:

-Our inventory levels are now displayed and maintained in real time. That means if the site says we only have one in stock, then we only have one in stock. If you buy the last copy of a CD the inventory level goes down to zero and the title is removed from our inventory

- Sign up to be notified when we get out of stock cds back in stock. Just set up an account and use the notify me feature.

- Search for CDs by band name, album title or browse your favorite musical genre. You can also browse our entire inventory, or view only new or used CDs in stock.

- Fully functional e-commerce site. Shopping carts are our friend.

- Real time secure credit card ordering through Authorize.net.

- Online trading database. Have CDs to trade in to us? Look them up online and view quotes in the "sell to us"section.

- MP3 samples. We are in the process of upgrading our old Real Audio samples to MP3 saples. Want to hear a band that we do not have a sound sample for? Just drop us an e-mail and we will get it sampled ASAP.

- New releases and used CD arrivals updated daily. No more waiting for those e-mail updates to come in. View all the new CDs we get in in our "New Arrivals" section.

- All new discount program. Instead of our old "buy 10 get 1 free" deal you will now get a 10% discount on any order that totals over $100 (before adding shipping)

- Domestic orders now have the choice of "Media Mail" as well as "First Class/Priority" mail.

"Buy From Us" section:
This is the main section of the site. Everything we have for sale is located in this section, including CDs, T-shirts, videos and stickers. You can search by band name, album title or favorite musical genre. Hit the "Browse all used items in stock" to view every used CD we have in stock or hit "Browse all new items in stock " to view every new item we have in stock. To order an item hit the "title" link on a product listing to view an expanded listing including a description, sound sample and add to cart button.

"New Arrivals" section:
Frequent visitors to our page will like this section. The items listed in this section can all be found in the "Buy From Ust" section, but if you only want to see the new stuff we have gotten in recently instead of plowing through the entire catalog every time then this section is for you.

"Specials" section:
Want to get more music for your hard earned dollar, then this section is for you. Everything displayed in this section is on sale!! You can also find these tiles in the "Buy From Us" section, but by going straight to the "Specials" section you filter out all the regularly priced CDs and only get the cheap stuff.

"Sell to Us" section: If you have CDs that you no longer listen to and want to trade them in for cash or credit then this is the section for you. Look up the CDs you have to sell in our database, select "Cash" if you want us to mail you a check or "Credit" if you want store credit and add the ones you want to sell to your shopping cart. Credit amounts and quantities that we are willing to buy are maintained in real time. When you are done hit the checkout button, let us know if you want cash or credit, print out a packing list and mailing label and send in your CDs Once your CDs get to us a check will be sent to you or credit added to your account for future use. If you have CDs to trade in that you cannot find in our database then e-mail the list to us at staff@blastbeats.com and we will get them added to the database.

"My Account" Section:
Use this area to create your own personal Blastbeats profile. Once you are logged in you can view how much trade credit you have in your account and you can also maintain a "Notify Me" list of titles that we are currently sold out of. As soon as they are back in stock you will automatically get an e-mail notification from our website. You can also maintain a "Wishlist" of your favorite titles. E-mail this list to your family or friends and make their christmas or birthday shopping easy.

"Shopping Cart" section:
Hit this button to view the contents of your shopping cart.

Can I still pay with a check or money order instead of a credit card?
You sure can. When you go to check out select the "Check/Money order" payment option instead of the "Credit Card" payment option. You will then be able to print out a copy of your order to send in with your payment. Your order will be held for 10 days. If we do not receive your payment by then your order will be cancelled and your CDs will be returned to our inventory.

I have a Paypal account. Can I pay using Paypal?
You sure can. Just use the "Check/Money order" option when checking out. Then, instead of sending in your payment, send a payment to us from your Paypal account to staff@blastbeats.com

Can you put CDs on hold for me until I decide if I want to get them, or until you get in some other CDs that I want to order?
Sorry, but as our inventory is now maintained in real time, items are not removed from our inventory unless they are actually purchased on the site. However, now that you can view our stock totals in real time you can make wiser decisions on buying CDs. If we have plenty in stock you can probably breathe easy, but if there is a CD that you really want and we only have one left then don't snooze or you may lose.

Will you buys my CDs for cash instead of just trade credit?
Yes, we now offer the option to trade in your CDs for cash. When you are ready to check out, just select the cash option. As soon as your trades get here we will get a check in the mail to you.
